The inverter can transform the electrical energy of 12V direct current into the energy of 230V alternating current that can be used in appliances, such as computer, TV, radio, fax machine, appliances, etc.

The inverter is attached a lighting bulb and the indication of battery voltage level and also possesses of other functions, for instance overload protection, short circuit protection, exceeding temperature protection and so on.

 

OPERATION PROCEDURE OF BOOTSTRAP:

  1. Turn the general switch on the “OFF”
  2. Take the red crocodile cramp to nip the positive pole “+” and the black crocodile cramp to nip the negative pole “ –“ of the battery. ( connection must be correct)
  3. Insert the outlets of your appliances into the suitable sockets on the front of the inverter. (note: the total nominal power of your appliances mustn’t overrun the power of the inverter)
  4. Turn the general switch to “ON”. The power indicator green LED gets light, which shows there’s alternating voltage exporting.  Then the appliances can start to work, when turn on it.
  5. When the battery need charge, only turn off the general switch, and then plug it in.

OPERATION PROCEDURE OF TURNING OFF:

Turn the general switch to the “OFF”, (if only turn off the appliances and haven’t turned off the inverter, it would waste the energy about 3.5W)

THE INDICATION OF THE BATTERY VOLTAGE:

After the red crocodile cramp (+) and the black crocodile cramp (-) nip correctly the battery poles, the indicator LED of the battery level will light.  There are three red LED totally to indicate the better level.  Two LED lighting means the voltage is in normal condition; there indicator lamps lighting means the voltage is enough; and only one LED lighting means the voltage is lower, and suggest to use it after charging.

THE FUNCTIONS OF PROTECTION:

  1. Overloading protection: when load too many appliances and the total power is overload, the inverter will stop working within ten seconds. Then the protection indicator red LED will get light and the inverter will be fixed on the protection state.  Till reduce the load, turn the general switch to the “OFF”  over ten seconds, then turn the general switch to the “ON” , the inverter will renew to work.
  2. Short circuit protection: once the appliances gets short circuit, the inverter will stop working within two seconds, the overload indicator red LED will get light and be fixed on the protection state. Till the appliances is taken away, or the short problem is solved, then turn the general switch on the inverter will renew to work.
  3. Exceeding temperature protection: when the load is too much or the climate is fervent or the ventilation is bad, the interior temperature of the inverter will get higher. When the temperature rises to some extent, the protection indicator red LED will get light and the inverter will stop working and be fixed on the protection state.  Suggest to reduce the load or to improve the ventilation condition. After the interior temperature gets lower, turn the general switch to the “OFF” over the second, then turn it back to the “ON”, the inverter will renew to work.

NOTE:

  1. The inverter is suitable to be put near the battery. Don’t lengthen the wires of two crocodile cramps
  2. The red crocodile cramp nips the positive pole “+” and the black crocodile cramps nips the negative pole “-“. If the crocodile cramps are nipped by mistake, the inverter may be damaged.
  3. Before taking the crocodile cramps away from poles of the battery it must be turned the general switch to the “OFF”, to prevent the inverter from being damaged.
  4. The inverter should be put under the good ventilation.
  5. When the battery indicator all light gets light, which shows the battery full charging you should stop charging to prevent overcharge from break the battery.
